Essential : 1. degree in Law from a recognized University
or
Post Graduate Degree/Dimploma in Social Work, Labour Welfare/Industrial Relations/ Sociology from any recognized University.

Two year experience in dealing with the Labour law or attending to legal matters or in the field of Labour Welfare like planning and execution of various labour welfare activities.
Desirable: Diploma in Labour Laws from recognized Institute or equivalent.
