Minimum recognized Master's degreein Social Science, economics or study in public health equivalent to an advanced degree.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in the health Sector with a focus in the area of health care financing/ National Health Accounts.
3. Excellent knowledge of spoken and written english.
4. Proficiency in English and ability to make oral and written presentations on Technical issues.
5. Should have good interpersonal
and communication skills.
6. Working knowledge of Computers
